The online orders tend to be processed faster - because we receive them instantly. For international orders please add $15 for postage.

Refund Policy

Generally we will only refund money if the product/DVD is unopened (the shrink wrap is still intact). If for any reason a DVD or tape does not work for you please let us know immediately and we will send you replacement.
